Patricia Gore, BA. Partner. Qualified 1980. Pat is head of the Family Department and specialises in court proceedings. She has extensive experience as an advocate in care proceedings. Member of the Law Society’s Children Panel. She also sits as a Chair of Special Educational Needs & Disability Tribunal (SENDIST) and the Appeals Tribunal.
Helen Fawcett, BSc. Assistant Solicitor – qualified 1997. Helen specialises in court proceedings about children and has particular expertise in cases of international child abduction. Member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and the Child Abduction Panel.
Maria Goodyear, LLB. Assistant Solicitor – qualified 1999. Maria specialises in all aspects of divorce and separation. She also has long experience in domestic violence matters. Maria is a member of the Law Society’s Family Panel.
Sarah Burchell, BA. Assistant Solicitor - qualified 2000. Sarah specialises in care proceedings as well as what happens to children following divorce and separation. She also works with Helen on child abduction matters. Member of the Law Society’s Children Panel.
Lubna Shah, LLB, LLM, MSc Assistant Solicitor - qualified 2005 Lubna specialises in all aspects of divorce and private law children matters. She has particular expertise in child abduction work.
Sally Lees, LLB. Assistant Solicitor – qualified 2007. Sally has worked and trained within the firm and has developed experience in domestic violence matters, divorce and separation, and cohabitation. Sally also works with our housing team and uses that experience in family matters.
